Job Description*Occupational Therapist - New Grad Opportunity*

•Qualifications:*
• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
• School Experience preferred but not required, making this an ideal position for new graduates eager to start their career in a supportive school setting
•Key Responsibilities: *
As an integral part of our team, you will:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' occupational needs, developing individualized intervention plans that promote functional independence and academic success
• Implement therapy sessions that are creative, engaging, and tailored to the needs of each student, utilizing evidence-based practices to achieve the best outcomes
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create supportive environments and integrate occupational therapy goals into students' daily routines and educational plans
• Actively participate in professional development opportunities to stay abreast of new techniques and research in occupational therapy
